GeCure Medical Research – Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or interacting with any part of the GeCure Medical Research (“GeCure”) platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms. GeCure reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

1. Terms of Sale

• GeCure reserves the right to revise the pricing, availability, or specifications of its products and services at any time.
• Products or research-related materials are shipped in accordance with current delivery protocols and timelines.
• Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to GeCure Customer Support within three (3) business days of receipt.
• Where applicable, product returns must be pre-authorized by GeCure and received within fourteen (14) business days of authorization.
• Note: Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless explicitly approved in writing.

2. Resale and Use Policy

• GeCure products and therapeutic materials are intended for professional, clinical, or investigational use only, and must be handled under appropriate oversight.
• Resale or redistribution of GeCure-developed materials is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization and must comply with pricing and distribution guidelines.
• Unauthorized resale on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, or other public marketplaces) is forbidden and will result in immediate and permanent suspension of access to GeCure products and services.

3. Intellectual Property

• All logos, product names, scientific content, and proprietary designs are trademarks or copyrighted works of GeCure Medical Research or its affiliates.
• The use of GeCure intellectual property requires prior written consent and must include appropriate attribution:
“GeCure Medical Research™ trademarks are used with permission.”
• No GeCure name, logo, or methodology may be used in URLs, digital metadata, filenames, or any other media without written authorization.

4. Scientific Integrity and Claims Policy

• GeCure prohibits the use of its products or research to make unverified or unauthorized medical claims.
• Unless explicitly approved by relevant regulatory authorities, GeCure materials may not be associated with claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Misleading or unapproved claims made by collaborators, resellers, or distributors may result in legal action and mandatory removal of such content.

5. Violations of Policy

• Any breach of these Terms—including unauthorized resale, IP misuse, or dissemination of false claims—may result in immediate termination of access, distribution rights, or partnership with GeCure.
• GeCure reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and recover actual or liquidated damages of up to $10,000 per violation in cases where its brand, research integrity, or commercial interests are harmed.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GeCure’s principal entity is registered (e.g., Ukraine or other operational branches). Disputes will be resolved exclusively within that legal framework.

By interacting with GeCure Medical Research, including accessing its products, digital platforms, or proprietary data, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Use in full
